Classic Austrian alpine charm meets effortless group travel — airfare and all transfers included. Seven nights in the heart of historic Kitzbühel — one of Austria’s most iconic ski towns, with medieval streets, colorful alpine buildings, stylish cafés, lively après-ski, and easy access to world-class terrain. We close the trip with a final night in Munich: a guided central-city walking tour and a farewell dinner at a traditional beer hall.
Your Kitzbühel base is Q! Hotel Maria Theresia, a comfortable 4-star hotel in the center of town with breakfast included and a short walk to the lifts. Round-trip flights from Newark and private group coach transfers (Munich Airport ↔ Kitzbühel ↔ Munich) are all wrapped into the package — no rental cars, no booking-around, no logistics.

Sun Jan 31 – Tue Feb 2: Ski Kitzbühel
Three full days exploring Kitzbühel’s terrain. Mornings on the mountain, afternoons in town, evenings exploring the après-ski scene.
Wed, Feb 3: Optional Salzburg excursion
Full-day Salzburg add-on (~$200): guide, private coach, walking tour, Hohensalzburg Fortress admission, and funicular access. Or skip it and ski another Kitzbühel day.
Thu Feb 4 – Fri Feb 5: More alpine time
Two more days of skiing and exploring Kitzbühel’s medieval old town. Optional spa days, café-hopping, or independent excursions.
Sat, Feb 6: Kitzbühel → Munich finale
Private coach transfer to Munich. Guided walking tour of central Munich on arrival. Check in at the Munich hotel. Farewell dinner at a traditional beer hall — 3-course meal with one drink.

If you book your own flights we’ll arrange a private transfer for an additional fee (quoted separately based on your arrival window) — or you arrange your own ground transport.
- Lift tickets / lift passes — Kitzbühel is on the Ikon Pass. If you already have one, you’re set. If not, plan ~$400 for a 5-day lift ticket purchased locally.
- Lunches and most dinners outside the included welcome/farewell meals (Austrian dinners run €30–60 — budget €40–60/day)
- Ski/snowboard rental (~€40/day; group rate available)

Questions
Is my $500 deposit refundable? Am I locked in?
Your deposit is fully refundable through two checkpoints. First, when we release full pricing and booking terms around June 1, 2026, you can review the final costs and confirm or cancel with a full refund. Second, if the trip doesn’t hit minimum numbers by our June 30, 2026 go/no-go decision, every deposit is refunded in full. After June 30, if the trip is confirmed and you choose to cancel, standard cancellation terms apply — we’ll spell those out with the final pricing release.
What if I want to book my own flights?
You can. The group flight is included for convenience — mention your preference on the booking form. If you book your own flights, an air credit of approximately $1,200–$1,400 will be applied to your trip cost (finalized when we issue final pricing). Group transfers are tied to the group flight’s arrival window, so we’ll either arrange a private transfer for you (additional fee, quoted separately) or you can arrange your own ground transport. Either way, you’re welcome.
What’s the Ikon Pass story?
Kitzbühel is on the Ikon Pass. If you already have one, lift access is included with your pass — no additional cost. If not, plan for roughly $400 for a 5-day local lift ticket. We’re happy to help you decide whether buying an Ikon Pass makes sense for this trip and future trips.
How fit do I need to be?
You should be comfortable skiing or riding intermediate (blue/red) runs for 4–5 hours. Kitzbühel’s terrain ranges from easy cruisers to expert (the legendary Streif). Beginners welcome — we can pre-arrange private instruction.
What if I want to do Salzburg?
Wednesday Feb 3 is the optional Salzburg excursion day (~$200 add-on, finalized once group is confirmed). If you skip it, you’ll have a free day in Kitzbühel to ski, relax, or explore independently.
What about non-skiers in our group?
Kitzbühel old town has plenty for non-skiers — spas, shops, café culture, and the medieval streets themselves. The Munich finale also adds a non-ski cultural day. We’ll help build a parallel non-ski itinerary if needed.

When is the deposit due, and when is the balance due?
The $500 refundable deposit is due now to hold your spot — deposits are being collected today. The final balance is typically due 60–90 days before travel (around early-to-mid November 2026), but we’ll confirm exact dates when we release full pricing around June 1, 2026.
