What a Captain actually does

- 2.Bring the gravity. Your crew, your club, your following — you rally the people. We handle every booking, payment, supplier, and logistic behind the scenes.
- 3.Set the tone out there. First-night dinner, the group photo, the energy of the week — that's the captain's chair.
Led a group once? That's a Trip Leader. Want clients, bookings, and commission? That's a Vacation Pro. The Captain is the sweet spot between them: recurring, titled, and zero admin — you never touch a booking.
